heading, airspeed approach speed 65, release backpressure slightly
pitch between 23 and 25
hands behind the controls, no ailerons, rudder only
stall horn will go off, but we’ll power out of it
and induce the power on stall

execution
  1. confirm clear
  2. call out heading and heading reference
  3. check attitude indicator and understand where 45 degrees are
  4. roll in with proportional rudder, add 45 degrees, arrest promptly
  5. keep eyes moving: airspeed indicator, altitude, outside, heading indicator
    1. in case of dropping airspeed, drop the nose, add power slightly
    2. in case of dropping altitude, increase backpressure, add power slightly
    3. in case of increasing airspeed, increase backpressure, reduce power slightly
    4. in case of increasing altitude, drop the nose, reduce power slightly
  6. 30 degrees before heading start the roll out, rudder coupled in the direciton and proportionally to yoke input
  1. confirm clear and high
  2. power 1500 RPM
  3. below 110, flaps 10
  4. in the white arc, full flaps
  5. keep the nose up
  6. 65, initiating descent
  7. descending, one, two, three, altitude
  8. keeping the nose up
  9. getting slow, increase backpressure
  10. stall horn, buffet
  11. stall, slightly release backpressure, full power, one notch of flaps, backpressure release
  12. positive rate of climb, vx, flaps 10
  13. positive rate of climb, vx, flaps up
  1. airspeed 110
  2. power idle, keep the nose up to slow down to rotation speed 55
  3. 55, full power
  4. pitch 23
  5. hands behind the controls, no aileron
  6. rudder only
  7. slightly release backpressure
110, dont get too slow
drop the nose
power idle
flaps no more than 10
remove rudder and align nose
